The photo strip on the homepage that links to @tacticalfishinggear_. Add your best posts here — each tile opens the post (or the profile) on Instagram.
Quarterly Reports
Accounting summaries per quarter — revenue, tax collected, shipping, order volume, top sellers.
Only paid (and fulfilled) invoices count toward these figures — a pending invoice joins its quarter the day it's marked paid, so you're never taxed on money you haven't received.
Inventory cross-reference
Stock on hand vs. units sold (paid orders) per product for the selected year — spot what's moving and what needs a reorder.
Warranty Claims
Submitted from the site's warranty form. Files live in a private bucket — links below are time-limited.
Dealer Inquiries
New retailer leads from the site's dealer form.
Subscribers
Everyone who signed up for promotional emails through the site's Subscribe button or footer form.
Email Blasts
Compose a promotional email and send it to every subscribed address. An unsubscribe link is added to the bottom of every blast automatically (required by anti-spam law).

How it works
• Send test to me emails only your signed-in address — always check one before a real blast.
• Send to all goes to every subscribed address in the Subscribers tab; each email carries
its own one-click unsubscribe link.
• The From name/email above are saved as the default sender for future blasts.
• Delivery runs through the store's email service — if sending fails with a configuration error,
the one-time email-service setup hasn't been completed yet (see docs/EMAIL_SETUP.md).

Store configuration. Changes apply to the live site immediately.
Store
A product showing 15% or less of its full stock gets a Low Stock banner on the store; zero stock shows Sold Out and blocks purchase.
Shipping integrations
Automatic tracking numbers on every order via ShipStation, Freightcom and ClickShip.
⚠️ Not connected yet — API credentials for each carrier platform are needed once, then every store purchase creates a shipment and emails the customer their tracking number automatically. Tracking numbers can always be added to any invoice by hand in the meantime (open an invoice → Tracking).
Game coupons
Raise the discount for holidays, then set it back — codes already issued keep the % they were minted with.
New store orders and Prostaff applications are emailed to the notification addresses above automatically. Use Send test after any change — if the test does not arrive, real order alerts will not arrive either.
Site banner
These are the two thin strips at the very top of the site. Leave a line unchanged to keep the built-in text.

Website Background
